It will explain how to assess health comodity stock status to determine the appropriate order quantities, application of Max-min inventory control systems to avoid stock out of health comodities. Describe the important key steps and process for quantification of health comodities. Understanding the guidelines for proper storage of health comodities in Nigeria. The benefits of monitoring and evaluation of logistics activities. Understanding the use of Indicators and Tools such as Logistic Indicator Assessment Tool (LIAT)  and Logistic System Assessment Tool (LSAT) in assessing logistics systems.
