Microbiology of food and water. Structure, growth and biochemistry of micro-organism(bacteria, fungi and viruses). isolation and systematic examination and identification of pathogenic micro organisms: sterilization and disinfection, antimicrobial substances,taxonomy and nomenclature or organism.
